FIRE [FUSION] combines three of our most popular classes: GRIT, BURN, and LIFT for a challenging total body, cardio and strength experience. Segments of high-intensity cardio combined with strength intervals, upper body toning, and plenty of core work provides an effective and efficient (and fun!) 45-minute session. This class is designed to boost metabolic burn for 24-hours after each workout and sculpt lean muscle.
