A. In studio classes fill up quickly, so be sure to book a spot in advance. Members can sign up for classes two weeks ahead, and non-members one week. Register for classes by clicking the SCHEDULE button in the main navigation above or downloading our App.

If you are registered for a class and are unable to attend, you have 2 HOURS PRIOR to the start of class on weekdays and 6 HOURS PRIORto the start of class on Saturdays and Sundays to cancel yourself out of class without penalty. For events, you have 12 HOURS PRIOR to the start of class to cancel yourself out without penalty. This is true for virtual and in studio classes. A late cancel will result in a $10 charge and a no-show will result in a $15 charge. Clients with class packages (vs. memberships) will lose the class credit in either instance.

If you add yourself to the waitlist, it is your responsibility to monitor if you get added to the class. You can view your status within your account, but a great way to stay updated in real-time is to sign up for email notifications. It is also your responsibility to take yourself off the waitlist if you no longer wish to get into the class. If you are added to class from the waitlist and you either late cancel or no show for the class, the usual policy applies. If you are added to a class within 30 minutes of the start of class and are unable to make it due to short notice, you will not be charged.

A. Yes! We have lots of women who are in class right up until their due date, however we recommend consulting your doctor before attending our classes.
